We’ve developed these competitive referral programs as our way of saying thank you, and to show that we really value your recommendations. Got lots of referrals? That’s great for us – and for you, as there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the number of bonuses you can earn!

For every qualified candidate that you refer to us that results in a full-time permanent placement, we will pay a one-time referral fee. Referral bonuses will be paid after the candidate has successfully completed 90 days of work.

For every client that you refer to us via a “warm introduction” email that results in a signed agreement and with a placed candidate in a full-time position, we will pay a one-time referral fee. Referral bonuses will be paid after the candidate has successfully completed 90 days of work.

1. Candidate must not be in our database system.


2. Candidate must be aware that their name is being given to GLE Creative Talent for possible consideration on a job opportunity.


3. Referrals for candidates are active for six months from the date of each submission.


4. The referral’s resume will be reviewed in accordance with the GLE Creative Talent recruiting standard hiring procedures and all information regarding interviews, selection process and reasons for hiring or not hiring a referral will remain strictly confidential.


1. Client must not be someone we are currently working with or are in active talks with.

2. Client has to have a signed business contract for full-time placements with us. We then must place a full-time candidate into a referred client position within 12 months of the date of the first introduction.

3. If a candidate or business is referred more than once, the referral bonus will be paid to the first referring party only.


4. GLE reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this plan at any time at its sole discretion.
