He studied Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has always been fascinated with organizational development and growth.  The combination of his professional and personal experience formed GLE with the mission of providing exceptional hiring outcomes and careers.  He is a die-hard Cubs fan, loves to play guitar, live music, meditation, American history and traveling.
