How It All Started
In 2007, Greg La Montagna founded GLE to provide talent solutions for advertising agency professionals. Over time, our services have expanded to cater to various sectors and categories nationwide. Our initial focus was on smaller organizations in Chicago that prioritized ethical culture fit along with skill sets in their hiring process. With a versatile skill set, we have since adapted to cater to a wider range of categories and searches.
